Inward Connections announced their exclusive partnership with Vintage King Audio in the U.S. and sister company M1 abroad on the distribution of the VC500 Compressor, which joins an existing roster of fantastic Inward Connections Products.
Crafted by Steve Firlotte, the VC500’s design incorporates the SPA690 op-amp as found in the Inward Connections’ Tree 500 console and 690 summing bus with military spec construction.
Incredibly versatile, the discrete VCA 500 series compressor is refined enough for mastering or mix buss use, yet packs enough punch to replace a dbx 160VU on bass or snare, bring out harmonics and air on an acoustic guitar or pump room mics for a “Levee Breaks” effect.
